The Kontrable founding member plan gives early supporters lifetime access to contractor management with up to 15 active contractors, white-label portal, and full core features — one payment, no recurring fees.
What is the founding member plan?
The founding member plan is a limited offer for early supporters who want lifetime access to Kontrable at a one-time price of $149. It is not a subscription. You pay once and keep access for as long as Kontrable exists, with no recurring charges.
This offer is available for a limited time and to a limited number of accounts. Once it closes, it will not reopen.
Who is it for?
The founding member plan is designed for small businesses, agencies, studios, and founders who are currently managing independent contractors and want a flat-rate alternative to per-contractor platforms like Deel or Remote.
If you are managing between 1 and 15 active contractors and want to stop paying per-contractor fees, this plan was built for you.

What counts as an active contractor?
An active contractor is one who has at least one contract with your organization that is currently active or in progress. Contractors who have been invited and completed their profile but have no live contract do not count toward your active limit. You can have unlimited profiles in your roster — only those with active contracts consume a slot.

Is this truly a lifetime deal?
Yes. One payment of $149 gives you permanent access to the founding member tier. We will not charge you again, downgrade your account, or remove features from this tier in the future. If we ever discontinue Kontrable entirely, we will provide at least 90 days notice and a data export.
The founding member plan does not upgrade automatically to Pro. If you need more than 15 active contractors or the additional Pro features like self-registration, you can upgrade to a paid Pro subscription at any time.
Are there any usage limits or fair use conditions?
The founding member plan is designed for legitimate business use. Each workspace is for one organization managing its own contractors. It cannot be resold, shared across multiple unrelated businesses, or used as an agency to manage contractors on behalf of third-party clients under a single account.
Verification costs (identity and business checks) are included for contractors you activate through normal business operations. Accounts that trigger an unusually high volume of verifications relative to their active contractor count may be reviewed.
How do I get access?
The founding member plan is available through a limited announcement. There is no public checkout page on the pricing page. To claim your spot:
- Create your Kontrable account at kontrable.com
- Submit your business details for approval
- Once approved, apply the founding member access through the banner or link provided at the time of the offer
Accounts are subject to approval. Kontrable is a business-only platform and all accounts go through a brief review before activation.
What happens when the offer closes?
Once the founding member spots are filled, the offer closes permanently. Existing founding members keep their access and terms. New users will sign up under the standard Starter or Pro plans.
If you are considering it, do not wait.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If your team grows beyond 15 active contractors, you can upgrade to Pro at any time for $99/month. Your founding member status does not restrict future upgrades. If you upgrade, you will be billed at the standard Pro rate going forward and your one-time payment is not credited toward the subscription.
Does Kontrable hold or process my payments?
No. Kontrable is not a payment processor. You pay your contractors directly from your own bank account, Wise, PayPal, Payoneer, or any method you choose. Kontrable tracks payment records, approvals, and confirmations — but your money never flows through Kontrable. This applies to all plans including the founding member plan.
